This is a protektor 13A bag with a 1 1/2 inch lift--these work Great with a Bipod for ARA bench shooting--just the right height to allow your left hand under there to pinch the ears--spacers are glued firmly in place and it has a felt bottom
This bag has regular sand in the ears and heavy sand in the bottom--The advantage of doing this vs the taller bag is the bigger taller bags get a big belly after a short while and move more--doing it this way the shorter bottom is packed tight full and is Very Firm--it works $60 ships free Thanks
