Walnut stock for the Win M-70, post 64, LA, RH, thumbhole with Freeland butt assembly, nice straight grain, when I bought it Sabreco had just added a new Bartlein barrel 6mm-22-250, I had plans of having the stock refinished, but I had since found another awesome stock so this one is for sale, $400.00 shipped

I buy them all the time if not too modified, if the stock doesn’t sell I will remove it and use it on something down the line, I have 2 new setups and a few nice used, but decent ones don’t come up for sale often

That is one of 4 Match rifles I bought from a deceased shooter in Va, he had an amazing collection of rifles, that one is a Pre-64 M-70, in 6mm something, guy loved the 6.5x284, 6mm-22-250, and the 6.5x308 Imp, barrel not marked on that one

Your wish has been granted, this stock needs be be sanded better and giving a beautiful finish, I would not take much to get it to the next level, I just found a stock that needs nothing or I would just pick one of the very capable stock guys to just go at it, there have been many examples of some real nice work by the members

The blue rifle is a pre-64, keeping the barreled action to restock, no idea yet on chamber

Green stock is for a Rem 700, SA, RH
