UBR night match

The monthly match at ROCKY ROAD RIFLE RANGE will be conducted at night starting around 7:00 pm
this is also the VIRGINIA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH as well as a qualifYIng match for the MOUNTAIN MAN MONEY MATCH
TO be shot in conjunction with the UBR NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH TO BE CONTESTED in Sept. at KETTLEFOOT ROD & GUN CLUB
If you have plans of attending please let me know either by this forum or by phone.

Hopefully someone will post up the scores, I didn't get a pic of them. That range really transformed after dark. Some big scores shot and several personal bests achieved. Maybe even a record or 2 broken.
 
I gotta say it was a match like no other, it was so hot, shooting at night, 6 hour drive all to play with our toys with our friends. My personal best was a 518 and crazy to say that I didn't win, nuts. This pic is me and my good friend Shane Seal, trying to keep the sun out of our eyes.

I have never shot a benchrest match. What all do I need to get started. I have some 6ppc and 30br rifles some have half factory and some full custom. I have a farley rest and bags. I don't even know how to score my target lol. I guess I need to just come by and watch you guys shoot. Where is the range in sneedville tn and when is the next match. Might stop by and observe
 
We will be having our next match on the first Saturday in September. It starts at 10:00am.
You need to arrive no later than 9:00am.
It sounds like you have most of the equipment you will need. You will need about 100 rounds of ammunition to shoot the two distances 100 and 200 meters.
Entry fees are $30.00 for one gun and $50.00 for two.
Come on out and join in or just watch and learn.
We have a great group of guys that will be more than glad to answer questions or help out.
 
Show up and shoot, UBR has a class for anything you got. The dot in the middle is an 11, center ring is a10. best edge scoring with caliber specific targets
