item listed is a single shot follower for a remington 700 short action. i bought it recently off a member on here who makes them. this follower fits perfect. you can simply drop it in and let your spring and follower hold it in, or you could epoxy it in if you wanted it permanent.I just dropped it in and it works great. I sold the rifle and no longer need it. i paid him 45.00 shipped i will ship it to you for 38.00 i just recently bought it and it is like new.
