I do like the Lenzi
I’ve not had the pleasure of trying a Lenzi, in your opinion what makes them special ?

Curious, what shortcomings are you experiencing with the Gator bag? Are you shooting free recoil?
I don't know if it makes them special, but Lenzi uses true nylon, not Cordura material on the ears.

I have used several different bags over the years for SR BR
I have an early LENZI and stopped looking after getting it
It has a larger footprint and the length of the ears are a little longer than most IMO offering a little more stability
Some folks with short arms didn't like the bigger footprint. So Lenzi started making a smaller version
