Two separate groups

Lots of them, my thoughts are load related.
24.7 under 80 gr Berger with a mag primer could be a touch too hot in a 223 Remington. But without knowing the caliber it’s just a hunch.
I thought he was shooting the exact same load which arbitrarily changed POI after a 3 shot group. Am I wrong with this interpretation?
If not, I have never seen the exact same load arbitrarily change 3 shot groups unless a scope, rings, mount, parallax, or something else was wrong.
Never saw 3 shot groups just suddenly jump into another 3 shot group and inch or may away with the exact same load. Have I seen shots jump all over the target to to a load that is unsuited? Sure.
Then maybe my interpretation of the post was wrong.

Tell everyone your setup. Shooting off bench?prone bipod. If shouldering rifle right hand shooter without good shoulder placement causes left impacts. As mentioned parallax can cause this. Barrel touching stock can cause shifts. Scope mounts moving. Overheated barrel usually causes more dispersion. I would assume wind, shoulder or parallax. I wouldn’t stress about it. Just keep practicing and eventually you’ll start to see what is causing it. There’s allot more going on when shooting then most people understand and with more practice eventually you will see patterns. Just like slow wind causes problems a light recoiling gun still moves under recoil. It only takes a few thousands of an inch of movement before bullet exit to cause a shift.
After reading that you shoot f-class I realize I jumped to the conclusion that your some new shooter. I apologize for that. Obviously this is a new random rare thing that popped up. Like said before possible scope failure.

Shot 3 and then a minute or so later shot the other 3 and yes the load is exactly the same.

Why? Shooting at 300 yards. 3 shots nice and tight (1 inch) and then 3 more about an inch away that are also nice and tight. What the heck. It happens alot. Me, the gun, the powder/primer/bullet. 24.7 grains of Varget, 80 grain Berger, CCI 450. ??????????
You don't specify what type of rifle platform but also check for any contact points with barrel and forend. A contact point can push the barrel to the secondary point of aim consistently.

Barrel heating up
Do you have a full profile barrel or at least an #8 contour?

Bedding? My used 1965 Winchester model 70 internal magazine was to long, after new barrel & new bedding. The action screw will be tight, but action can still move.
A well known 1960s gunsmith shop did the work. He was retired. Kids in the back room did the work.

When i took gun back, guy tightened action screw. Broke floor plate. New/Used floor plate didnt seat into wood stock. Not latching.
So called "gunsmith" turned rifle so its resting on my new 6x18 Redfield scope.
Take a very large screw driver, plastic end and pounded on the floor plate, to seat into the wood.
That A Hole almost died that day.

Sold M70. Bought Remigton 40 X.

Learned to do my own bedding/gun smithing.
