For left or right, I think you would just turn them around....

OP is asking about picatany rail - offset rings. There are "dovetail" rings offered.
I don't know of any for the picatany. Might have to go with a custom offset base/adapter.

Yes, obviously. However, not all "offset" rings are designed to offset to the side, some are offset forward or backward like this...

That's why I asked for the clarification.

I had a friend who was blind in his right eye, and had off-sets that allowed him to shoot right handed with his left eye. Wish I had a pic of them. I believe they were a one-off custom thing. jd
