Is it impossible to duplicate the velocity of 17 Ackley Bee or 17HeeBee using identical bullets with a wildcat based on standard .357 Magnum brass?

I believe Dick Saunders had 2 versions, 30 and 40 degree shoulders. The 17 Jet should duplicate them or close enough.

rayh is correct above and there is a 17MG (Mojave Green) wildcat .172 using the 357 mag. parent case. It has a 30-degree shoulder.

Hornady did mine, back when Lonnie was there. Not sure if this is legal to say but around 1 Aug there will be a Neil Jones forming and sizing die set for the17 Squirrel at Redding Auction Site. Delete this if wrong to post
