Does it have the benchrest top?

I’m not sure what the requirements for benchrest are. I shoot f class. The first top has rollers on each side and utilizes two small sandbags for the bottom. I added felt to this top when nra deemed rollers non compliant. The second top utilizes sandbags on both sides and bottom to be f class compliant. I hope this helps.
