Jerry, I had the same need and ultimately ended up taking a spare mandrel, chucking it in the drill press, and carefully turned it down to .238 using fine grit sand paper.
If anyone knows of a company that would custom turn one, I would be interested in that knowledge as my results were not perfect. I looked and did not find an of the shelf solution.
