That 12tw combo is gonna be killer and pure hell on varmints. And hell im already thinking of a short freebore 6gt just for light bullets in 12tw. What a pair that wld make. Might have too. Those blitzkings blow stuff up!

Personally, I have NO Need of, a .22 Cal bullet, weighing More than 55 grains ( Blitz Kings or NBT's ) as, I Want to, "See" the "Splodies" From my, BRAKED, 8 lb. to, 8.5 Pound w / Bipod, "Walking Varmint", Rifle.
I'm accomplishing THIS, Now with, 50 gr. V-Maxes clocking, 3,550 fps !
My Next, Barrel / Rifle, will Be, a .22 GT w/ short FB, 1-12 Twist, specifically Built For, the 53 V-Max to, 55 Blitz's.
Good BC's that would Add, another 100 yds or So to, my present "Capabilities" for, Sage Rats & R Chucks.
I WANT,.. NO,.. Recoil or, Muzzle Rise ! And Heavy weight Bullets,. just ADD to,.. the Recoil / barrel, Jump !
I Have, a Benched, 10.5 Pound, Braked, 6XC for, the Longer Ranges,.. IF,. I Need, "More" Bullet

Really that's just to accommodate fatter bullets. .2245-. 225 is also good. Ptg builds their tolerance to the outside of the print. So, mine are probably .2245".

Assuming two rifles chambered using the same quality barrel, same twist, shooting the same boolits, Lapua brass, etc.

Less powder, small primers, brass should last forever.

I really didn't say it with much intent. Honestly, I like the 22xc but I think the 22 GT will be very popular.

It was a pressure test with new Hornady brass. There were no outward pressure signs. There is no plan to shoot it that fast, as far as I know.
