Here ya go @snert this could have been your rifle.
Kind of an interesting rifle. Certainly a special order. Either a model 49 with upgraded triggers, or a 52 with a downgraded lever. 34” barrel with a tighter twist of 12 to shoot a 95 grain bullet instead of the normal 86 in a 1/14. A set trigger that breaks at about 3 oz.
Needed to do the initial shake down of a 120 year old target rifle, I think it will work out fine. Bore sighting at 50 yards and fire forming brass. Checking for the usual suspects of leading the bore, possible chamber issues and making sure it will go bang not boom.
Looks like the old gal still has a party or two left, if I can just coax it out of her.

Loaded rounds with a COL of 3.050”
