SELLING SEB Neo-X Custom Cut Case Foam (aka.. FleaFoam)

This started as an idea to provide a custom cut case foam solution for the SEB Neo-X, and is now a reality! The first batch was a huge success and sold out almost as fast as it took to get here. Therefore, I decided to do another batch and that arrived yesterday.

This post is for custom cut, heavy duty, closed-cell case foam designed to perfectly fit the SEB Neo-X. This stuff is firm, holds upto 50lbs, is self healing and resistant to oil. I had this designed to be a direct replacement to the bottom half of an Apache Model #4800 found at your local Harbor Freight.

(FYI.. I am the gentleman that Ernie Bishop references for case foam at the bottom of his email price list.)

Being that I’ve been holding one for @1947 for a week with not so much as a response to this thread or a PM, I am releasing his into the wild.

Once it’s gone there’s no telling as to when I’ll have another batch, I’d need to backorder at least 20 to justify the next order.

So therefore…

I have used the Harbor Freight Apache #4800 case for a year and it is excellent. Price is $59.99, but watch their sale adds for 30% off or they will have it on sale for $39.99. This case is really sturdy ! All that this lacking is the rigid foam which Flea21 is trying to help us with.

Thank You… That is the plan. I want to have a nice rigid foam for the bottom of that case to securely store the SEB Neo-X. I’ve decided the popular case to go with is the Apache 4800 from Harbor Freight. So that is what this foam proposal will fit best. I’ll have more news hopefully next week. I plan to meet with the company designing this for me and I hope to get a proposal from them on more accurate pricing. Obviously, the larger the order, the lower the pricing should be. We’ll see what all entails.

Hello Everyone...

I'm reaching out to gauge interest in custom cut foam for pelican, or pelican style cases ie. apache, for the SEB Neo-X. I have a local case company that can design and custom cut these with a waterjet for total perfection in fit and finish. The cost is up there for a one off, but ordered in volume, 10-20 pieces, make it more attractive to acquire.

Therefore, id like to see who all may be interested in getting custom cut foam for you SEB Neo-X. Also, I think we'd have to settle on one style of case because with different brands come different dimensions. I am leaning towards an apache from harbor freight, due to the cost.
