the recoil lug alone could do it. if the old recoil lug wasnt flat it only takes a little bit to point the barrel in a different direction when a new flat lug is put in. if youre getting good groups consistently in the same place on target Id say its good and put a 0 base in or some sig zee rings or both.A much heavier barrel and a new, thicker recoil lug was used.
