Where'd you get the code? Been looking at getting one with its own screen.I noticed most places are running sales on the Teslongs right now. I have a code that works from Brownell’s also if needed.https://www.brownells.com/search/?search=Teslong
I got the 5” HD screen with focus & fold for $198 delivered.

does ur macbook have a usb port? if not you may be able to get a dongle. my teslong plugs into a usb port. i use it on a widows laptop though.I've got a question. The one from Amazon says "not for I-Phone" but will work for MacBooks. Is that accomplished with a cord, or bluetooth.
I've got a MacBook Air, but would I need WiFi signal to use it? Or -- how about an old android phone that isn't even hooked up to a service plan?
I know -- I'm pretty much a techno-tard. jd
Ima try to find out about that. I think there is a thing. Or I could probably use one of my old lap-tops as a dedicated screen..?? jddoes ur macbook have a usb port? if not you may be able to get a dongle. my teslong plugs into a usb port. i use it on a widows laptop though.
I’m using an old laptop and you use the video camera device on it to make it work. It’s sill a pain for me though and is the reason I wanted a stand alone unit.Ima try to find out about that. I think there is a thing. Or I could probably use one of my old lap-tops as a dedicated screen..?? jd
Hopefully the new focus and fold one will be easier to focus by just twisting the rod instead of adjusting the mirror end, or at least that’s what the advertising says.I went with the stand-alone unit and couldn't be happier. Amazon has them for $159.
