SELLING Joe Chacon custom build

I have as close to new as I’ve seen Joe Chacon 22lr automatic custom build. It has a Shilen Ratchet barrel. Very low round count. What I’ve shot it seems to average around 196 abra, so should be competitive anywhere. Tony Mele stock. J and L tuner. All of Joe’s high end parts. No expense spared on this build. These rifles are getting more and more expensive to build. $1700 plus shipping. I was gonna compete with it I just have a lot of bolt guns I’m messing with, so don’t actually see this one getting much range time.

What do you know about the trigger? Does Joe make or modify a stock or Kidd trigger, is it a single stage and what pull weight? Thanks

It’s a kidd 2 stage trigger at a couple ounces. I know Joe does the bedding on the stock I’m not sure if he does any other modifications.

Looks like a clamp on to me. You don’t see any threaded barrels on true BR rifles.

It’s a clamp on Tuner barrel isn’t threaded.

yes, amazing what the threading process and tension from screwing something onto a barrel can do….
