Custom 7mm bullets?

Is there anyone currently making a high quality custom BC 7mm 180 grain bullet for F Open shooting (likes a Bart’s, etc)??

Bart has the dies, but has not gone into production due to lack
of jackets. That may have changed just recently, but I doubt it.

I believe that jackets are a big problem for all of them. JLK is another one that can make a great bullet, if they could get jackets. This brings up something that I was trying to look into recently. Is Hines no longer making jackets?

I believe Bart does have the dies. I had checked on a 7mm bullet some
time back with him and it was the same issue.....No Jackets. You will
find makers doing the 180 class bullets, but nothing in the way of a
lighter grain BR type bullet. Again....No jackets.
