Which size diameter is the tuner brake? and its bored out to .284?

On 1" tuners the barrel diameter has to be under 1 inch to fit.
On 7/8" tuners the barrel diameter has to be under .875 inch to fit.
on 3/4" tuners the barrel diameter has to be under .750 inch to fit.
