I have a young man that I am going to sponsor a build for him. He's a friend of my wife's son, he is probably one of the most industrious young men I've met in a very long time. He works at Southern hills and he has other jobs. He behaves very much like an adult at a very young age which is incredibly rare these days.
If we have to I will go to Kauger arms and buy him an action, but I thought I might check here first to see if something might be available. I will supply him with the barrel and get him a chassis at cost if I can't find one. I have triggers. We will address the scope probably end up buying something used.
Need a Rem 700 223 or custom similar. Rem 700 footprint.
