What is this reamer?

Some time ago I bought some items from a gun shop including this reamer. It got set aside until I ran across it again recently, and as a non-gunsmith I am wondering exactly what it is. Is it a rough chamber reamer? It was wrapped in the paper seen.

That is just an adjustable reamer, Used them many times in repair shops.

yeah like sniper says/ adjustable reamer/ - used alot in past to ream 1911 bushings among other things

We use those quite a bit, have them all the way up to 3 1/2 inches.
