Just deleted the app and reloaded it now it works correctly

In the graph option for drift, is there a way to compare to another profile? I can’t find it in the new one but the old one had it.

The app has been working fine but now is very very slow. If i change active profile or try to search or change data in any way. Ex if i want to do a simple search in the profiles it takes several seconds for the key pad to enter search information to pop up.
Could not use the support button it would not work.
I phone 14
iOS 18.1.1

all other apps working fine.

You need to do a clean install.

1) Delete the app
2) Restart the phone.
3) Re-install the app.

The app updated because it was told to automatically update in your settings. The app had a notification in it for over 6 months to backup the data a warning was put out this was coming.

This is a valid concern. Like you I lost all my data files, pretty disappointing.

If I have a backup on my computer via SmartSwitch, and restore my data and old app, then backup to your cloud, and then download the new app, will it then recognize and convert my data files and still recognize my grandfather to Elite version?

Yes, if those profiles are still in the app, and cloud sync them they will transfer over. As long as you logged into cloud sync at least one time before Dec 3rd in the app, you will be grandfathered. Or if you connect a compatible device to the app with an Elite license.

I did not have auto update on, I don't subscribe to podcast or social media. I saw a post about a new update and updated. There was no warning. The update list "Elite". To my knowledge I have never did any cloud sync and it is now past "Dec 3rd". Can you or someone at AB look into my account and tell me for sure if I uninstall the Quantum, restore the old AB with my data files, Cloud sync it and then install the Quantum, will my data files be recognized and my "Elite" license be grandfathered?

On the Range Card table, how do I hide colums to keep it simple? Otherwise I have to scroll sideways to see all the velocity on the far column, for example. I don't normally need to see TOF, Lead, or Mach on my field charts.

Can I hide columns, or at least re-arrange the column order?

Can I add a column to show elevation in inches? Like JBM. Column 1 shows inches Column 2 shows MIL.

The reticle feature only displays at 1x. The holds are all jumbled into a mess at 1x. Can I change the reticle view to anything other than 1x to make this feature usable?

It's probably OK if you're shooting 1000 yards and further but for Joe Hunter shooting at a large animal inside that, it's overkill. When I have to spend five minutes calculating a drop on an animal that may be gone by then, it's useless. Don't know about anyone else but I say bring back the old one. YMMV.

It does seem less user friendly than the prior version. Fine for using from the bench.
