Ejector removal tool

My computer skills(?) being what they are led me to ask for help. While buying a REM 700 extractor removal tool, I found a different site that showed a long, black plastic(?) item used for laying your bolt on while punching out the roll pin. Now for the life of me, I can't find it again. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and its correct name? Thanks.
