H322

Last time it was available, a buddy and I each grabbed a 10 bottle box from Brunos. I'm super cheap about using it. XBR was our alternate to H322, and it's just as hard to come by.

N135 is my current range ammo powder to protect the H322 inventory.

I just sold 25 lbs I will look I might have some more do you have anyone coming to the tackdriver in South Carolina

There was a local gun store I use to frequent quite often and I really liked the owner alot, his help not so much. I always hated leaving without buying something so I would ask what powder he had on hand. He always seem to have H322 so I would grab a pound or 2 every time I stopped. Over the years I looked at that powder on the shelf and regretted having so much money tied up. Anyways, I now view that stash of powder a little differently these days. The price tags on the last 1 pounders I bought says $25.40.

Try LT32...if you can afford the stuff. It's very close to h322

LT32 haunts me because several years back, they were begging my buddy to buy 8 lbs jugs of it at Brunos. I forget how ridiculously low the price was. But he grabbed 8 lbs and it was a great powder.

It was probably like $150 or even less at the time for an 8lb jug. I wish we'd have bought all of it.

My perpetual lesson in reloading is if something seems like a good deal, buy 3 times what you feel is appropriate, and you'll still regret not getting more later.

I'm always on the lookout for H322 and talked to a guy at Hodgdon about the future prospects.

He was very careful to avoid the word "discontinued" but did say it wasn't on their current production schedule. I saw a very small amount of encouragement in his wording, but not much.

Back when N133 was "impossible" to find I saw an 8# V V jug on the shelf. Turned out to be fairly recent and sealed N133.This was a store that was also a pawn shop where a lot of trading was done. The guy told me that this powder came in as part of a trade deal.

I'm going to seek other shops in which component trade-in is accepted-----ma]ybe get lucky again.

I wonder why it's not on the production schedule. I guess they could pretty much produce anything and it would sell. Probably more fussing for Varget and 4835 than there is for H322.

I am also running low on H322. My 3rd edition of Sierra load book suggests IMR 4895. So far I have done scouting tests with H335, W748 and IMR4895. Best results with IMR 4895. I can get IMR 4895. I can get IMR4895..
