I didn't know they moved to Oregon. They well may have though. I talked to the new owners shortly after they bought it via email and they were good to visit w. I re name it the rickchuck den if I owned it out there

Ment to type rock chuck. The western version of a woodchuck isn't it? I have no idea where it is as I didn't know they moved to start with!
