Have you contacted Nighthawk. They bought all of Cooper rifles lock stock and barrel. They are using the parts to build new rifles.

Shout out for the service and Cooper line manager @ Nighthawk Custom. Very helpful getting me the parts I needed and knowledgeable on the Cooper line.

They were able to repair a damaged model 21 bolt for me earlier this year. Turn around was quick and very reasonable cost.
