interesting. i had been using 2520 with 75g Hornady bthp in ar15 223 wylde 18" 1:8 white oak sdm ss barrel, but was never better than 1moa, but it did meter well. velocity was definitely slow. i also have yet to get a load of varget to group 5rd better than 1moa in the small amt of testing ive done so far, either. which is what sent me down this rabbit hole of if sierra 69tmk nosler brass and varget &br4 is even worth it.

at this point im questioning what to expect out of an ar for accuracy, and was trying to eliminate variables by purchasing increasingly expensive components. hopefully im not painting racing stripes on a toyota corolla hoping to win a derby

I used 2520 with H75's for sometime with a WOA 24" 1:8 barrel.
From my experience, you should find a less than moa load with fill ratio and burn rate in the mid to high 90's somewhere between 24.5 and 25.5 grains.
