I believe this is a RPA foresight.
I purchased this new 15-20 years ago.
It has had very little use and spent most of it’s life in a padded case.
Includes locater ring and OK Webber Centra Iris 2.3-4.3

Probably the barrel clamp

I was asking about the size of the front sight itself , 18-22 mm not where it clamps to the barrel

I took the Iris out - see pic. I believe a 22mm
