Set Up New Scope With Excellent Results

With Viridian Scope 05 14 24.jpeg
I couldn't resist buying this Viridian 6 X 24 50 scope from Natchez for $ 82. It was $ 420 but is being replaced. I mounted it on my CZ 457 Varmint with Wild Hunter rings that I got from Amazon for $ 25. OK, I'm cheap but it's reall working well.

I'm shooting from a bipod and bag but my go back to a steady front rest and bag. I don't know which one will be more accurate so a little testing is warranted.

looks like fun!
A Tip -- We use vet tape or the horse leg tape from farm supply or Amazon to secure our cheek riser mods--works great--easy as pie--if it gets a little tacky after a month just wrap over it quick go some more--replace totally several times a year--we used a piece of thick yoga may cut to shape for a pad --Fun is the main thing looks like you know how to do that!

I bought two similar sets of rings, mine are West Hunter, will accommodate 1" or 30MM via a bushing. I was well pleased with them. Set the scope in a neutral position and was on POA/POI in just a few clicks. I have had expensive rings not do that well. Good shooting too, a 247 with a CZ is excellent.
