I am hoping to find a used but serviceable trigger, or something a bit less than full list price.

If your interested, a great trigger for the 788 can be had by modifying the factory unit.
Been doing it to mine for years with great results and zero issues.

Thanks, but I do already have two slightly different drawings showing how to modify the stock trigger housing to add sear engagement & overtravel screws. I just don't like the original cast trigger housing, hence the desire to find an aftermarket trigger. Odd that you can't send me a PM, but I do appreciate the offer.
