I not that familiar with AR scopes. Is it really mounted backwards?
That’s really shameful if that’s who we have out there now! From mfg website: what ya think?

This is what will kill the country (and many people).AI generated?
I am surprised that any on that ship spend any time with small arms training. I am glad to see him doing something for readiness. If I were to think about how this administration would have that guy spend his day, it would be with DEI and trying to find time for half the crew to be in port so they can see the doctor to make progress with their transition while they have tax dollars to do it. If he can find time for himself and the crew to train with small arms more power to him, anything is better than what Biden has planned for him to do.
Picture has been removed until EMI is completed! It was on the Navy's official Twitter/X account, until it was taken down. Follow on post acknowledged the "rifle scope error."
There were actually at least three pictures taken. Two of the three, the eyepiece scope cap (facing forward, incorrectly) was opened, so someone caught his mistake.
This, plus by removing a commander, it creates a faster path for DEI candidates to get into a command position. Is that why all the officers are being let go for "lack of confidence in their ability to lead'? Not woke enough?
The center line of the rifle barrel and the sight appear to be not aligned at all. All posed nonsense immediately dismissed as hollywòdSee anything wrong with this photo of Cmdr. Cameron Yaste, the Commanding Officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS John S. McCain (DDG 56)?

He didn’t get a lot of eye relief on that backwards scope. lol. Makes you wonder if he had actually looked through a scope before to know that it was wrong. The center line of the rifle barrel and the sight appear to be not aligned at all. All posed nonsense immediately dismissed as hollywòd

If I were a betting man, I'd say that picture was photo shopped. I would think that nobody that makes it that far in the military wouldn't know the scope was backwards. In other words, anyone that has EVER fired a rifle with a scope would instantly know something was wrong. The picture isn't real or it was a set up or whatever. I doubt the man was dumb enough to think the scope was set up correctly. The picture was probably taken down because they knew if was a fake to some degree...
Surprising to see how many on this forum think this is all real and the man shooting is really that dumb.
