How do you get the print in your post title to bold print?

That doesnt seem to work in the thread title. I can get it to work in the thread body, but not the title.

Your Listings in Your Computer will always show up small. Everybody else see it as Bold. Only Titles are Small to You.

hmmm. Then why do I see other peoples titles not bold?

After you look at a post, the title will not look bold to you till someone replies to it.

If you start a post, the title will not look bold to you till someone replies to it.
