Lapua/Capstone Great Customer Service

They cheated you, and gave you less than you paid for, so you had to go to the trouble of begging them to make it right and they did it without arguing so thats good customer service??? Kind of like asking when a certain type of bullet will be available and being told to quite your bitching. I use and love the product, but this is a capstone induced error they should not have to be asked to provide what you paid for. I guess I am from a different era.

The only thing you should have done was got 100 pieces of brass. I hope you have it now and can continue with your reloading. Good luck

Sooner or later, there seems to always be at least one that will turn the conversation about oranges to apples, probably because the sky is falling. I'm taking shelter in case the sky is falling!!

The last 4 boxes of Lapua brass I purchased (6.5 CM /6.5 PRC) all had 101 pieces of brass. A very kind gesture.

With the way pricing is on almost everything nowadays it's pretty hard to forget price regardless of quality but especially if the quality is not there.

True. But equally important is how the entity responds to the issue. Poor quality plus poor service results in lost customers.
