I am wondering seller is not asking for payment via PayPal F&F but through regular PayPal so if you don't receive the item PP will refund the payment and lock the seller's account.

What am I missing here?

I spoke for another one in a similar situation, but getting cold feet. Slow to reply, only one sale, asked asking for venmo,,, altho he did give me a number to call after nine am in the morning

My deal was in Phoenix, with only one trader history. This guy seems to have allot of trades here and I wouldn't be too worried. I can't find the thread on my deal anymore. Red flags for sure.

Proceed with caution. No trader history since 2021. This scope is a smoking hot deal. However, PayPal has been requested. Each scam recently recently on this site has been a request for PayPal. And there has been an unusually high number of these attempts best of luck to all parties. If this is legit is the deal of the year. @Forum Boss

As an update: The Nightforce scope just arrived and looks great. This seller, nhm16, took special care to ease my apprehensions after my having been scammed. He recommended that we utilize FaceTime to authenticate his possession. Overall a great idea and experience.
