Cross pin holding the cocking piece on firing pin is not centered causing the pin to drag on bolt shroud. Can make for some stellar accuracy! Not!! Seen a few of these in my time.

Yes, cocking piece firing pin cross pin walked its way out in about 1200 rounds.Looks more like a bolt shroud ... at least the top pic is definitely...
The 2nd pic is where the pin wasn't driven in all the way and bound up on the inside of the shroud.
This one had a solid pin instead of a split roll pin. I will replace it with a split roll pin.Yep, thats why I open up the back end on those shrouds when I do a "blueprint" job on them.
