Do you think felons will be affected at all?

Maryland. lol

"Gun owners in Maryland would be required to buy at least $300,000 in liability insurance or forfeit their ability to carry a firearm under a new bill."

Do you think there will be legislation that makes committing a violent felony with a firearm, without insurance, a crime? Or is this type of legislation just for people who want to protect themselves from criminals?

I wonder if and how much money that scumbag legislator has received from those within the insurance industry.

One would think money just has to be changing hands, in order for (on Day One) such legislator types to forget their sworn oaths before God and country. They don't seem to care, most of them. Whatever's expedient and whatever's likely to garner to most "ticks of the box" the next time they're fishing for support ... seems to be what they typically (nearly all of 'em) do.

Ought to be criminal. Indeed, bribery of officials is. But none of them, including their apologists and "cover" staff (ie, in the courts) seem to give a rip.

You, me and the next person? We're left holding the bag of dung.

If only the courts would do their damned jobs, reining-in these malfeasant staffers and all of officialdom when such individuals misstep, maltreat the people and set fire to the Constitution at the same time. I won't hold my breath. Least of all, for a state like this to correct its ills related to the RKBA and their sworn oaths.

When one party comes up with something this stupid it is bad, But when both parties come up with something that over laps and they can roll it up in one law its catastrophic. The Dems wanted every low life in the country that wouldn't pay his bills to have a house, the Republicans wanted to deregulate the banks so that all their rich banker buddies could make more money. So this is why the baking collapse of 2008 happened. But what they really want is only one party and they are trying their best to put Trump in jail so they can do all sorts of things like this and there will be zero threat of a civil war, and they can do what ever they want to. Always remember they know whats best for us!
