Nightforce Benchrest 12-42 reticle

I have a Nightforce Benchrest 12-42x56 with a CH3 reticle. I have had it awhile sitting in my safe. Trying to get a value of it as I’m looking to trade or sell but can’t find this scope anywhere online with this reticle to get a price point on. Was this reticle a special run or just discontinued?

The CH-3 reticle has been discontinued. Most listings for used Nightforce 12-42x Benchrest scopes I’ve seen are from $900-1,200. If yours is in good shape I would expect you could get around $1,100 for it. I don’t think the reticle affects value much, but it might make yours easier to sell if somebody is looking for that specific reticle. I know I was excited when was able to get one with the CH-2 reticle.

I like the reticle 100%. Only thing I don’t like is the physical size of the scope. Looks ridiculous on a B14r.

I disagree about the value of the reticle. Some people including myself are very particular when it comes to the reticle. The CH-3 is the smallest floating dot of any NF scope ever made & it gives you a super precise aiming point. I just sold an 8-32x 56mm with a CH-3 because I like the 12-42x 56mm for the extra magnification for shooting out to 600 yards. But that is just my opinion, which really doesn't mean much.
