22 dasher reamer question

Does anybody know what that 2.0200 number is representing on this reamer print?

Wouldn't that be where the leade would end. So, you would have 0.450" of leade at whatever angle the leade is, minus whatever freebore there is.
Lot smarter people than I will be along to explain, I am sure

I don't know what that dimension is, my guess that it is a miss print. I own two rifles chambered in 22 Dasher with .025" Freebore. C.O.A.L. with 53gr V-Max is 2.135" and 52gr. Bart's Ultra's is 2.122"

On another note: When fire forming 6BR Norma Lapua brass, the length of the brass will be 1.555" after forming. My Alpha pre-OCD 6mm Dasher Brass measures 1.540" overall length. PTG has a couple of .025" Freebore 22 Dasher reamers(see below) and also a reamer with a .075" freebore for the heavier bullets, I believe that I have a copy of that print as well if needed.
Both of my rifles have 8-twist barrels and I'm shooting lite bullets without any issues. When I did load development, I have had the 53gr V-Max bullet a touch over 4000fps. the SD increased father than I wanted; I ended up settling on a load that is 3915fps with IMR 8208XBR powder. It' a WONDERFULL cartridge.

No way it has .450 tho of freebore. This is just a OAL of the cartridge with a bullet. They should have never added that number on the top.

Get a zero freebore to a .025 for most light bullets and no more than .060 freebore if you want to shoot the heavier bullets in the 22 Dasher!

The best I can do on the quality of my pictures of my favorite 22 DASHER rifle.
Pierce Action, Krieger M24 8-twist barrel, Jewel Trigger, solid glass McMillan McWoody Marksman Stock and a Leupold VX-3 6.5-20 x 50 Long Range Scope. She's heavy and well balanced.
Smithed by Pierce Engineering in Lansing Michigan (a Great company with Talented people).

Russell, very nice ! Some first rate components on that long range stick.
Thanks, Paul

Thank you all for your replies I noticed in the nosler loading manual the 22 br has a coal of 2.020 so I feel there is some correlation with coal at this point but don't know why it's on the reamer print.

That 60 freebore is going to be below the donut with pretty much any heavy bullet.

Should work well. Let us know how they shoot
The 62grn ELD-VT shoot really well out of my 7-twist 22BR with Varget(3,279fps) and IMR4895(3,274fps).

I have also shot the 62grn ELD-VT in one of my 22 Dashers with an 8-twist Shilen barrel. I have shot three different powders and haven't found any magic yet. One load with IMR8208XBR was right at 3700fps however about a 7/16" group. The barrel in this 22 Dasher has been finnicky to say the least. I'm going to back to a Varget with a somewhat dirty barrel and see if it shoots. I had some groups with Varget shoot well however not consistent. It maybe me!!! I'm not a benchrest shooter, just a furry varmint shooter.
Update: I backed down the powder charge after reading one of Urbanrifleman's post stating that the 62grn shoot better below 3,500fps. On my 22 Dasher with the 8-twist Shilen barrel, I backed down the powder charge to 31.5grn of Varget and getting much better groups(1/4"ish), at 3,446fps.
