Tube Gun Action?

In the new year I plan on building up my CM R5 chassis and was wondering what other folk's experience has been with the ARC Nucleus vs. Pierce actions. Will be most likely 6XC and easy cycling is a priority.

I have not owned either- but I have felt a few Pierce that were "sticky" because of the tight tolerances and some of the coatings the bolt wouldn't fall straight back on an open both with action pointed up. This was several years ago so maybe has improved.
So many options in this space and to be honest, nothing wrong with just running a Rem action, they can be as smooth as any when worked in.
I use Stolle Pandas and had Barnards before as my point of reference.

Pierce stopped using Cerakote some time ago, the nitride actions are super slick, and timed right, I've never handled a Nucleus, but just looking at the pics on their site I can see several features that make it incompatible with my chassis, the three lug design would probably prevent the bolt handle from lining up with the handle slot in the chassis, the boltstop location would also be an issue, and if the recoil lug and/or scope rail are integrated that would also prevent it from fitting, not sure but looks like the bolt shroud is larger than a Remington, if so that too may cause interference

Good to know...thanks!
