YUP,. the 69's and 68's, ARE where it's,.. "at", IMO ! A nice blend of Velocity / Bullet weight and good, BC's !
I'm testing the 68 gr Hornady BTHP Match Bullets, this afternoon, in my 1-7 Twist, semi- auto "pea shooter"
( .223 Rem ).
Thinking it's, a good weight and BC to "Buck" the Idaho,. WIND and puncture,.. Yotes !
I think, it's a fairly "soft" Bullet with, a THIN Jacket, so "should", Expand,.. well !
I absolutely LOVE, my 6 XC and will build, a "Sporter weight", walk around Varminter, ( 1-9 TW ) in 22 XC,.. NEXT !
