I've seen the conversation about smokeless muzzle loader. Starting a new one.

Who build them? I am interested in at least 2 maybe 3. Thinking rem actions or savage actions.

Frankly, there are people popping up continuously getting into the SML game. PVA was doing prefits, don’t know if that is still a thing.
Local guy got a print from Arrowhead Rifles I believe and will do his own.
Zermatt now offers a primer module bolt face for their actions, so you can screw on a SML barrel and take it off after season and have a dual purpose rifle, to me this is a great option. You can do the same with other actions but need to pull the ejector out of the bolt.

My 2¢, Go with a Remington 700 short action and an Arrowhead 700 conversion package. Hankins is another excellent option. Mine has a sako extractor setup which seems to be easier to load than the Savage centerfire conversions. If you already have a 700 action, it's probably the cheapest way to go.

I just built one for myself in .45, Used a Mack Bros Action which is very nice….. thing is stupid accurate.
3@100……300gr at almost 3000fps

Hankins kit is good to go. I love mine.
