Ejector tune

Tikka T3x 6.5 CM. I have worked the bolt over, added a heavier handle and had it spiral fluted. It is very smooth now.
My question is this. Is there a safe way to slow the extractor down ? Even at a slow pace rearward with the bolt it will flip an empty 12 inches away. I would love for them to just tumble out of the gun. I use a single shot magazine block so rapid shots are not an issue.

Maybe a weaker or shorter ejector spring.

Shorten the spring till the brass kinda flops over and out.
You could also "remove the ejector" rod and spring so the fired case stays on the bolt head till YOU pick it off.
All my rigs (single shot) are set up that way. No chasing brass EVER!!

I was sure you meant ejector and so were others who have suggested tuning the ejector spring, just wanted to clarify.
