Shout out to Nightforce

A while back I bought a used NXS 12-42. It quickly became clear why I got a great deal, because it was NOT clear. I sent it back to Nightforce after a friendly phone call. They fixed it and installed updated turrets at no charge, no questions asked.
It is very refreshing to have such great customer service.

I’ve had both excellent and not great customer service from them. Recently, as in last week, not so good. Not bitching just the truth.

Can you expound? The biggest complaint I hear is that guys send in scopes that aren’t working properly and they come back from NF fixed but are told there was nothing wrong with it. That’s a bit bizarre and I could see where that would put people off, but for me I wouldn’t care as long as the problem went away once the scope was put back in service. Thanks.

Have always had a great experience with NF customer service. I don’t care what they find or don’t as long as it works properly when it comes back.
