I hope its better than the 28 Nos brass i had experience with, out of 35 cases 9 were what I considered good.

Take Peterson 6xc and run it through your sizing die.

Still not Lapua. But what is? I don't see Lapua brass in any real quantity in the future. Permanently.

I mean i do have a 22xc shooting 75's and 80's and i enjoy it. I was thinking about using some 6xc peterson and running through my 22-250 die and seeing how it measured. I have a soft spot for the 22-250

I had no idea .22-250 brass was unavailable at this time. I bought enough Lapua a few years to consume the barrel. A good rule of thumb is to buy enough brass for the barrel when you install fresh.

What do you consider to be a barrels with of brass?

22xc or 22 Creedmoor.

I've been trying for a couple of years to get David Tubb to make the 22 XC brass. I was ahead of the curve on that one. I still think he should do it. Please everybody call Superior Shooting Solutions and tell them that you would like to shoot his 22 XC and that he should stock the brass.

I was thinking of building a 22 BR, so I thought I'd maybe get a 22250 tikka, burn it out, and rebarrel to 22br. Then I looked for 22250 brass. Not only is there no Lapua, I didn't find any brass for sale a few months ago. I have a feeling 22 creed is going to soon make 22250 disappear.

They just stopped making it. Pretty much. BEFORE Hornady announced the 22 creed
