Howa 1500 Long Action Varmint/Tactical Stocks or Chassis.... Where are they???

I bought a Howa 1500 long action with the sole purpose of using only the action. I was going to have my gunsmith true the action and install a new barrel chambered in 7mm PRC. I started looking for a stock or chassis for it..... Looks to be Boyd's or MDT Oryx. And I'm not even sure the Boyd's is right for it. Is there something else I'm missing? I looked at the Bell and Carlson Target/Competition stocks, but overlooked the fact that they're short action only. Ugh.... Long action woes.

Stocky's has a couple options. MDT has several options besides the Oryx. Boyd's does inlet for them. B&C M40. MPI has Howa's in their action list but I've never inquired directly. Manners and McMillan used to inlet for them, not sure about now.

Thank you. I ran across the Stocky's after posting this. I haven't heard of MPI until this post. I'll look into that. I believe Manners and McMillan still do, but if I recall, they just stated Howa 1500. I guess that could mean short and long action Howas.

Don't forget GRS too, they inlet for the howa long action.

More are out there, just need to dig a little further to get past the plethora of R700 based designers. You're right in that I see quite a few designers covering the short action only. I went with LSS-XL, fit is decent, no complaints from me; other than WOOX which makes me need to sell my spare organs.
