Dead Zero Shooting Park in Spencer TN will host a two day 3X1000 prone match on the weekend of Sept. 23rd and 24th
Registration will be at 8 am on Saturday, right when the club house doors open and at 9 am on Sunday right when the doors open at the club house. The times are CENTRAL TIME ZONE.

I'm interested in coming up from the Florida panhandle to shoot in the match. Due to heat and storms here we haven't been able to have a local match here for over two months. It took me over a year and a half to get my first custom rifle built and now that I have it I can't find anyplace to shoot it.
Can you tell me anything about the match, fee's, local hotels and restaurants? I'm guessing that it'll be six 20 shot relays?

It will be a 3x20x1000 on both days. The cost is $30 per day, or $50 total if you shoot both. The firing line is covered and there are electronic targets. Here is the website for Dead Zero: https://deadzeroshooting.com/

The location is pretty rural, and I have not stayed in any local hotels (or eaten at local restaurants) but the nearest towns are Spencer and Dunlap. The nearest mid-size town with chain hotels and restaurants is McMinnville, about 30 minutes from the range.

Maybe someone else can provide additional info on nearby hotels and restaurants, but let me know if you have any questions about the match. I will be one of the two guys doing the check-in, squadding, and running the line.

I do go to the Pascagoula match however, as you stated due to the storm that ripped the roof off of the firing line there will not be a match at Pascagoula this weekend.

There is a very nice lodge in Spencer not far from Dead Zero near Fall Creek Falls Park.
Forget the name but it can be found on VRBO. Nice play to stay for a match.

Results from Dead Zero this weekend. Light turnout, but the weather was beautiful. Wind was surprisingly tricky on Saturday, and a little easier today.
