Rodzilla — Great customer service.

I ordered a new Rodzilla Raptor front rest Friday around 8:30am and it arrived Monday at 1:30pm. And I’m more than halfway across the country from him. Can’t beat his customer service!

I really like mine!
You just have to tweak the adjustments a little to get it right for your rifle. I got both tops for mine, once I get used to it I plan on trying it off the bench as well. Might just replace that old Farley.
At least I know what I’m doing there. I’m still not sure about this lying down & shooting stuff you F-Class guys do, but I’ll get there!
Mine took a little while, as he was waiting for parts to be anodized, but still arrived sooner then expected.
Rod is a great guy to deal with, fast, efficient, and great communication.

I have one of the originals. I think in the 100 range, so, certainly not a Raptor, but the one thing all owners will say is that Rod is a great guy and supports his product. I still love mine, even without the weight loss and improvements.

Rod is great, I got mine and had "slop" in the joystick, called him then sent him a video, he called and said something isn't right, send me the bridge. I did and in just a few day I had it back and what what I thought it should be. Spoke with him and the rod the joystick attaches to was something like .005 to small, he was able to trace it back (he makes 5 shafts out of each rod) to the original rod he had and I was the only lucky one to get one, he was able to pull those rods off the assembly line!
