Hornady probably doesn’t even see a lot of the brass from their supplier‘s till they get ready to load it. Sounds like they may need to change this practice.I wonder if any leaked out to loaded ammo on shelves.

I don’t really know that, but I did have a conversation with them that they said they had different suppliers that made brass to their specs.So do they only inspect cases used for their loaded ammo?..........
One source for reloaders, another for their loaded ammo!!I don’t really know that, but I did have a conversation with them that they said they had different suppliers that made brass to their specs.
I doubt it. That’s just some that shouldn’t have missed a inspection somewhere.One source for reloaders, another for their loaded ammo!!
Don't come back here and trash talk yourself cause you made the flash hole too small which resulted in stuck decap pins. LolSo you get to put the size flash hole that work best according to your test. Lol
I think those were the cases for the new electronic igniter, eliminating primers.Five boxes all the same, no flash holes. :-(
I would hope you would report the outcome.I'm sure you will report back here with the outcome. I would bet they make good and then some.
Or, this may be what the liberal policy makers have feared...that new 80% finished "ghost" brass.New US government regulation;
Can't take away the firearm, so simply elliminate the flash hole.
