I think .75 is the right pitch for most metric dust caps. So I think you would need a 52mmx.75 cap but just call nf and I'm sure they can help you. There is a system that they share with cameras so you may be able to get it from a camera shop if you choose that route. They can also probably tell you for sure how to measure it.

Can’t say with any of the current scopes but once upon a time they were a common optical thread as in camera filters would fit. Find the ID, infer the OD, find a filter that fits and there are your dimensions.
