The St. Thomas Sportsmen's Association Groundhog Shoot Committee invites all responsible shooters to the May 2023 match on Saturday, May 13 at the Thurman Finniff Memorial Range, 595 Apple Way, St. Thomas, PA 17252.

Registration opens at or about 07:00. The registration fee is $15 per rifle. Junior shooters shoot for free. The course of fire for custom rifles is 200, 300, 400 yards; factory rifles shoot 100, 200 and 300 yards. There are unlimited sighters with 5 shots for record, except for light factory class which shoots 3 shots for record. Matches are held rain or shine. You should have your own timer.

Bring your favorite rifle; anything under 50 caliber is acceptable. We can probably find a class for you to shoot in. ARs and Factory Precision rifles are also welcome.

Relay 1 starts at 09:00 with the playing of The Star-Spangled Banner. Payouts are held at the end of the match after confirmation of requirements for the winning rifles (weight, muzzle diameter, etc) and the winners must be present to collect their payout.

The Groundhog Shoot Committee invites shooters to come compete. Bring you swap and sell items and come enjoy a morning with your friends at the St. Thomas Sportsmen's Association Saturday Groundhog Shoot.
