Reamer for the "20 MGM" ? Dummy round, 22 TCM case necked down to 20, bullet seated where YOU want it, sent out and reamer cut to YOUR/THOSE case specs. No neck turning needed. ;)
If you build, make it to the specs YOU want.
As far as the "MGM" designation name? That's what they (reamer cutter) called it so it worked for me.
Wasn't impressed with the 20 VT, tried a 20 VT "short" but didn't like the finished case then ran onto the TCM brass. :D:D
Can't reload 22 rimfire without a bunch of issues and the TCM was about the same in capacity, so it was more or less a natural, for me at least.
Short reloadable center fire case in 20 caliber no less and good case availability?? Don't go looking for problems. :( Fingers didn't work with the 17 so I stuck with the 20.

Just ran these & hope they are what you are looking for.
1) 22 K-Hornet (W-W) = 16.1 grs water
2) 22 Spitfire (Starline) = 19.0 grs water
3) 22 SmokinJoe (Lapua) = 18.7 grs water
4) TCM (From R-P FB) = 14.5grs water
The shorter cases shouldnt be a problem in a solid bottom action right?

You need a coned bolt face as the angle into the chamber on the short case is more than a standard Remington style or Savage action will allow. By luck I was able to make a nice little feed ramp fit into an old Tikka 595 magazine so my 595 will be my donor.

Only problem I can imagine is the possibility that a TCM is so short it might sometimes get lost in the lug recess of larger actions but that may just be my imagination.
Coned bolt face would be helpful. One of my Spifires is on a Nesika T with coned bolt and it is slick.
